Water is common: as human beings our bodies are composed of water, the surface of the earth is mostly water, water serves as an axis point for many religious ceremonies, and it surrounds us at almost every moment. From an 8-month study of water, this exhibit has emerged. To Raise the Level of Water is a participatory art experience that playfully applies some properties of water to the creative process, while simultaneously examining the affect an individual can have on the collective whole.
