Gobble Gobble Give 2012

We wanted to thank everybody who helped out and particiapted in this year’s first Gobble Gobble Give Event in San Francisco! With about 30 volunteers, we made 250 warm Thanksgiving meals and delivered them out to the homeless!

 

“Overall, I feel that the event was well organized, and you feel immediately helpfull and involved by everybody bringing something to contribute. Gobble Gobble Give was founded in 1998,quite by accident, when 9 homeless men and women were fed by Silverlake resident Barry Walker.

Over the years Gobble Gobble Give has grown into 7 cities nationwide, feeding thousands and thousands of men, women, and children throughout the country on Thanksgiving Day. It grows because of people like you.
